In times of low cash flow, my friends and I used to say, “Gimme one rib.” Who am I foolin’? I sometimes still wanna say, “Gimme one rib.” That line and today’s Favorite Scene Friday come from the 1988 flick I’m Gonna Git You Sucka.
This favorite features Chris Rock, the late musician/singer Isaac Hayes and former NFL star Jim Brown. The change counting Rock is hilarious as a “down and out” guy looking for some BBQ on the cheap. Although I love the “one rib” line, the line that really makes me piss my pants is, “Alright fuck the cup, pour it in my hand for a dime.”
